As President of Times Property Management Inc., I am committed to
apply, contribute and provide our quality standards of effective and
timely condominium management services to our valued customers, and to
enhance our overall partnership. Our relationships are built on strong
initiative, as well as outstanding leadership, problem solving,
technical and people skills, to ensure that assigned responsibilities
are successfully performed by our personnel, properly and on time.
I am always available to assist our clients with legislative advice,
information regarding new developments in the condominium sphere or in
any manner requested of me. I have personally helped our client Boards
and our staff, meet every challenge we have faced together throughout
the years. I do my utmost to provide valuable leadership, insight and
guidance in the process, while striving to meet each commitment and
promise made to each and every one of our client Boards.
I currently sit on the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario’s
(ACMO) Board of Directors and as immediate Past President of the
Association, I am constantly at the forefront of all the issues facing
our industry today. I am confidant that my insight into these ongoing
issues will be of benefit to your Corporation.
