Our transition process is both
seamless and transparent. Initially our staff provides a detailed
inspection report for all facets of the property. Through the early
stages of our engagement, times property management will conduct a
review of the on-site personnel and all current service contracts, the
operating budget, monthly financial statements as well as the reserve
fund study.
The review would also include commentary on the corporations’ security
programme (including the existing post orders), life safety equipment
(including emergency procedures) and all other operating manuals and
documentation.
Times Property Management provides our managers with the administrative
tools to make their jobs efficient and time effective. Our managers
have at their disposal the following:
- Staff evaluation forms
- Project (building) data sheets
- Seasonal checklists
- Board meeting & agm package templates
- Contract agreements
- Quotation/tendering packages
- Resources to effectively deal with extraordinary issues
