Managers are expected to perform monthly written inspections, implement appropriate preventative maintenance programmes, and supervise condominium corporation and Times Property Management Inc. on-site personnel. In the process, we assist them to provide you with the best possible information to permit you to make informed policy decisions. Upon receiving Board decisions, our Managers implement those decisions in an expeditious and efficient fashion.

Throughout all of these responsibilities, your Manager will utilize their genuine people skills to develop and maintain quality relationships with all community Residents.
